No, the fins have nothing to do with the company, they just had to be filed to become current. They are not technically a shell but is basically a shell. The 3 companies they are acquiring will generate the revenue.

This company doesnt want to bring along a bunch of naive morons throughout their alternative public offering. This will undulate up and down at market maker will until boustead steps in.
