Yes, it is the same Charles Allen and yes that lend a lot of credibility to this operation. Don’t know if they’re already cranking out the coins yet. The merger isn’t done yet and wont be until shareholder vote in jan/feb timeframe. Lot of folks think shareholders will reject deal because it seems expensive at this point due to the 127 mill shares but what we dont know until the promised S4 comes out is if this was a fixed price per share at under 1.00 like the PPS was when they made the deal.
