there have been some changes since that filing, such as each investment "unit" is now $50,000 instead of $10,000 as per the form-D filed in October. So there are a maximum of 200 units...this only matters if you read the rest of that document. I'm sure Boustead made some changes and basically set the fence higher to get in.
