This is information that needs to be disclosed to the public, and properly disclosed as to what exactly happened to McCusker's one billion shares if indeed this is the case.

Not to individuals in emails.

I trust Hawley does realize this is a PUBLIC entity selling PUBLIC stock.

He could not have legally sold the stock under Rule 144.
