Maybe you’re asking the wrong question....
Which OTC company(íes) are cleaning up their balance sheets, growing top line revenues, improving on operating expenses, are keeping dilution to a minimum (as well as having a track record of not doing massive dilution deals), are staying away from the usual TOXIC Lenders, etc??? Yes, perhaps one in a thousand but they’re out there. Just need to keep looking and if you happen to find, or two, who’s valuation is in line with their revenues (ie > 1-2x rev) with minimum net operating losses- you can score a home run! Flipping for “fractions” of penny is a silly exercise IMHO!
