I would like to see more but just being real. But 7 years for a non-tough-guy could seem like forever to him. I know it would be a white dress though.
As for some of the theories being thrown around PBLS, here is my .02 I think there is a large NSO in the range of 300 - 400 million shares that could become a huge advantage if pps rips through .12 and that will only happen when we get aud fins and a filing.
Personally, I never thought they would file by 2Q06. Many did and hence the dump from .04 a few months ago. Many people bailed for other ops. Real companies can take a real long time to make their pps what it should be.
If there is a large NSO here then that would answer many questions about the behavior of the stock and the quiet of the company. If I was PA, I would want shortie to wake up to a big Gap one morning and without much warning.
I want the form 10 as well but I can wait while PA sucks up the float, that is way better in the long run...lower float + net profit = more than 1 case of Tequila for me....
