Mc and company LOVE warrants. They want everyone to exercise as much as possible. One of the main reasons is they are already paid for. Also, it's an easy way to raise money. As long as PPS drifts upward.

I'm guessing they attached warrants to the recent offering because of this. However, they are very mindful of O/S, dilution, etc. IMO they are just playing the best hand they got.

I believe the best near term catalyst for Titan will be 1/1/18. S-Bourg installation, announcement of the closing, etc will be fine, but probably not needle movers as some have stated on here. As of January 1st 2018, Titan will finally be able to say official design freeze this year, FDA/CE submission this year, VERB partnership this year...J/K

Give me one good argument why you wouldn't want to be in TITXF at that point? IMHO
