But the fact of the matter is..."Say Nothing, if Nothing Good to Say"...the Rule the Company is Following , I think....But that News would be a material event, 8K Worthy, and JBZY did not file, and You would say because they are Not required to...and I would Say....All the BS about the NDQ...JBZY can not even perform / file as a Regular Pink...!!!
