I wouldn't think selling now or come Jan would be a great idea as, from a previous press release just after the last Israel only raise, where they rejected some offers to buy, Yaky said;

"We took at the price we wanted. We are in the phase of three phase III experiments. We have mobilized the resources to complete these trials quickly and efficiently".

Thus they should have all the money needed to get the Phase IIIs done. Approval would give this a big boost.
