What happened with Steve Berman who was CEO of TXTM back in 2014? Looks like Steve Berman has been trying to sell safe driving apps for years . Seems odd that Steve doesn't include the years of him being CEO of TXTM on his linked-In resume

Of course TXTM was a scam then & still is today. Its about to be halted any day.
I'm not implying that ONCI will be halted, just that peeps should be careful putting to much trust in Mr Berman as his past 4 years of unkept promises to his shareholders might continue?
How long have shareholders been waiting for audited financials?
