Sorry, not bashing jimmy, but his track record is less than subpar with filings. Regardless of the situation a leader will find a way. You would never continually file late and give excuses again and again over and over. It’s like hitting someone and saying sorry, then hitting them again and saying sorry so on and so on. Truth is the filing should have been ready way before the first date. You cannot interject a we are so busy with everything into he equation. That’s like saying you couldn’t study for a test you knew about a month ago because the night before you had an emergency. Lack of dedication and goals plain and simple.
