I have said it before, If there was any good news to put out GDSI would put it out as fast as they could, as far as the prudent and legal statement by Bill, well Duh it would not be prudent to put out false/illegal news with the SEC looking at you :)

I still do not see how a company under these kind of conditions can get any money lent to them.

I believe they would have to find some company willing to take shares of stock as a buy in before GDSI can actually do anything and even that will be tough because of the SEC stuff and other lawsuits.
