I remember someone saying that time wasn't important in transactions. I ate at Hooters last night and waited over 10 minutes to pay my bill. With Glance app, I could have paid and they could have sat a new customer quicker. 10 minutes doesn't sound like much time, but multiply that times how many tables on a busy night. That's the big advantage for restaurants and will increase customer volume and increased revenue.
