"Pursuant to the terms of the amending agreement the termination date has been extended
from September 30, 2017 to November 30, 2017.
The transaction remains subject to certain closing conditions including all necessary approvals, approval
of the respective boards, the approval of the CSE and if applicable, shareholders of the Company."

Wonder if some sort of cummunication from the company will come after today. Anything would be nice.
