Just to clarify.

The fact that she lied to the transfer agent and was caught should not be relivent to investing here because the AS and OS are now reported correctly? The fact she is in contempt of court due to not providing records at a judges request should just be ignored? How about the embezzlement of shareholder funds for personal expenses? Should that also be ignored here when considering an investment? How about the multiple news releases to shareholders of false grants/loans that never happened. Green Mine Solutions? Kate ran a very similar crop & gold mine scam in Africa. How did that work out for shareholders? Ray Purdon?

Given one of the above is concern but add them together and there is no way one should consider investing here. Kate should not be trusted based on her actions here as CEO. She has destroyed shareholder value.
