Are you implying that by this sentence BTZO and GERS are going to merge? A reverse merge is when a private company buys the shell of a public company. Or, do you think that a third and separate private company that KK owns will reverse into BTZO and/or GERS?

In either case, I can’t read any of that into that sentence.

The way I read that is GERS is a division of BTZO. Period.

Of course, I may be totally wrong. Heck, when I bought in, we were wondering what models we’d get for Emotion, lol.
