iam not aware about how tax things in US working, but once you would get them in to ur Account, u could still transfer them in to a other Account, which would allow ur to trade them.

U would still get them in to ur Account, even if u cant trade them via ur broker,

At some point after the first offering, the distributed KLKs may become traded on one or more of the various cryptomarkets. At that point cryptomarket activity will determine the value and liquidity of KLK cryptotokens.

All imo and in my hope, no guarantee that anything that i post/ write will happen! Do your own DD!
