Judge Ginsburg has given us a bloody disaster of a precedent -- Congress can now stick anti-injunctive clauses in every bill they want in all kinds of areas to evade Court scrutiny all the way up to SCOTUS. Really? Is that the system the Constitution intended?
Which Law School did Ginsburg go to -- send him back for mandatory re-training.
