my statement was based on the various public statements of beneficial ownership two days ago.
All these execs as you have also stated in your post sold shares.
If this is part of their compensation, that's fine but still they would have the choice to keep the shares instead of holding them. Would you sell shares when you think they will further rise in pps or would you sell them if you think pps will go further down?
