What good are a hundred press releases if $MSPC doesn’t keep its financials current, which we’ve been promised for months, and promised multiple times??? Our last filing dated 10/30/17 was for the March 2016 quarter only. We’ve seen multiple claims of 2017 profits, board actions, etc., each of which the SEC mandates must be reported timely, but so far $MSPC continues to be delinquent in meeting basic reporting required of a publicly-traded company. A PR is legally insufficient.
