I don't know all of those but most are not purely OTC. Take Emerald for example, EMHTF symbol is in fact in OTC but the company itself is primarily listed on the Canadian TSXV. You don't have to worry about shady behaviors from companies listed on TSX or TSXV... any shady moves gets the company halted and we put white collar criminals in jail!
