I bought 15 shares @ ask 4.00 @ 3:47 Eastern
9-28-06 to round out post split to 100 shares. However never showed on volume. Stayed 0

Someone I know tryed to sell, but was told something in the process of being done by JNGC, and could not sell.

Yes, something going on like a merger, etc. IMO
