Delinquent financials will result in rule 144 being implemented...

thus no notes can convert until financials are released...
so OMVS is set to default on a Note for 38 million, in regards if this happens then future financing for RAD will be at very unfavorable Terms and even more for the investors..

but such is business, Note holders are out too make money and money is all they make...
Note holders aren't especially nice to companies because they are a startup etc..
Note holders are in it to make money regardless of PPS and the company outlook..

so toxic it is for RAD...
I will be releasing some news around 3:45 pm today....
