This all makes sense to me, I certainly buy that that is his (Wang's) justification for the suit, however I'm still not convinced that is the delay in the financials. If it were that simple, why would IR not just state that to smooth the roiling? Even if they can't speak to the content it seems to me that a simple statement like that would go a long way toward boosting investor confidence, however, I am starting to wonder if HH isn't responding to people...if they are Chinese. It could very well be she has been directed not to talk to anyone who isn't.
