I should have added:

1. Why has the company stated for 4 years they were going to do an audit and one hasn't been done yet?
a. Lack of funds to hire a firm to do the audit?
b. Have no intentions of doing an audit and just put it out there every 6 months or so?
c. The firm they hired has one accountant and he/she got sick?
