here is what is going on from those that have been here a while. It is being brought down by large asks and hit down with small 10K hits on the bid to:
1) cover their short position
2) reload in the .015's? to pump and dump again.

Mathews did a mistake when he diluted under .03 when he could have waited until now where stock would have been maybe $1.00 (there would not have been 550M O/S) and news would also get it there. He loves to keep his silence and figure ways out to dilute.
