Easier said than done. For the last four years the company has increased cash burn signidicantly, hiring left and right to now over 100 people. So are you going to fire everyone and start from scratch. The company does not have the time or money to continue experimenting trying to make better hires and better decisions. Fortunately, despite poor management the science looks pretty solid with a good pipeline that should command a price much higher than where we are, say around $20/$1b.
