Not to my knowledge. SOG seems to know more about this ticker than anybody. I believe he knows where this is heading but won't or can't say publicly. He did mention a few weeks ago about PPS not dropping to .001. If he knows that then maybe he knows what Vic's plans and timing are to bring it back up.
