Once promising Penny knocker now knocking low 00s. Gonna need spectacular news to avoid possible RS. You are right. They really are between a rock and a hard place. If things are really that bad financially then Vic should resign. Appoint a new CEO to turn it around. Best type of news to restore confidence and interest. For a stock that used to be in the $1s and pound it to near trips justifies a new captain at the Helm. Time has passed Vic by. IMHO, a BO of Petroneworldwide would be best. Find someone to buy this pig out! You just know that anything he PR's at this point ain't going to be good, so include BO & resignation.
