From a filing on November 14th. "Within the next three to four weeks the company will be announcing its acquisition of a lithium mining asset"

That's 2 weeks ago. That means that within the next week or two we can expect an acquisition?!?!?!!?!?

At 50 cents it's probably a good buy. Hell, if they pick up a good asset, it's probably worth a pretty penny more! I'm tempted to take a roll here and pick some up. Could be a great holiday season if i can get some for 50 cents to a buck and have this thing hit $4 like it did in September off the mention of a deal. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
