JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

Since this is a chat board for JBZY lets chat for a minute
Lets say all you have posted it TRUE and VALID
For discussion lets take a small poor investor with only roughly $500 to invest here and is willing to gamble here short term as he/she cannot afford to loss. So said investor buys 10,000 shares with that money , places a SELL GTC for 5,000 shares at .15 crosses his fingers and WAITS.
Should the 3rd quarter filings bear you out in showing that ZJMY was in fact R/Med into JBZY would in your opinion that shareholder earn 5,000 shares FREE ON BOARD to sit on ?
I know your answer but post it anyway. TIA
