Read the contract...they get 40% of NET PROFITS at the end of each fiscal year. All sales of (LRS related) machines and by-product go through the JV. After the financial results of the JV are COMPLETED, any net profits are allocated to LRS and ECOS (50/50 on machines and 60/40 on by-product).

It will be quite sometime before any relevant allocations take place IMO.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
