OMVS set to DEFAULT on 380k note due to convert into 38 million shares into the already bloated OS on Nov. 30th..

With delinquent financials and the RAD CEO refusing to address the investors and do his Fidicuary duty..

OMVS is set to default on said note tomorrow...

will OMVS release financials in time to let the note convert or DEFAULT yet again....

Will OMVS release another pr to prop up note...
