You are mistaken... This company is 100% SCAM!

Look, the latest in this decade long scam, is the "contemplated" JV.

It's not a real JV. LTBR is "BUYING" work from Areva for $3 million dollars and giving Areva 50% of any new findings derived from that work as well as a % on all potential revenue from the patent itself.

Get it????

Areva has ZERO interest in this company or it's worthless 20 year old Siemens study on the theory of it's fuel, which is based on a fantasy.

But they will gladly take the $3 million dollars and half the assets for what amounts to nothing.
