I'm not in the habit of telling others what to do (really :), but, in light of TD Ameritrade saying they will not allow electronic trading and, in light of the possibility these shares may start trading any day, I would encourage other TD Ameritrade BKMP(P) customers to think about hitting TD Ameritrade with emails similar to the one I sent today. TO: Apex Reorganization and Safekeeping, TD AMERITRADE
Division of TD AMERITRADE, Inc.

According to the latest information on the OTC Bulletin Board the BKMP Preferred shares have now been issued a trading symbol: BKMPP

I want to see my BKMP preferred shares updated in my account with this trading symbol as soon as possible. Also, it has come to my attention, now that these preferred shares have been assigned a symbol, once they have been assigned a value, will begin trading, possibly as soon as 9/29/2006 (THESE ARE NOT RESTRICTED SHARES).

Due to TD Ameritrade's apparent 'indecision' and apparent 'dragging their feet' regarding allowing electronic trading of these preferred shares, if, in fact, these shares start trading from other brokerage houses like Scottrade, etc, and TD Ameritrade still has my preferred shares held up from electronic trading which could, in fact, cost me thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars in loss due to TD Ameritrade's perceived incompetence or possibly fraud, I can guarantee TD Ameritrade that I, and probably other TD Ameritrade customers that hold BKMPP shares, will in fact file a lawsuit charging incompetence and fraud.

I am asking for, and expect, a responsible response to this email directly.
