The board (which is management) should start with your shares, right? Just retire them. Poof. Then BR's and our friend in Kingman's, right?

Because they aren't retiring their own shares, that's for damn sure.
And they can't retire the shares they sold to pay their salaries.

So, I guess they can just retire your shares. Sound ok?
