Where to start with one?

Berge is hiding notes from shareholders. LIE, all was disclosed in his filings as required by law.

Berge is hiding the conversions of the notes LIE, all was disclosed in the filings as required by law.

Berge has bogus inventory, LIE. Inventory value is included in the audit every year and verified by a CPA firm and reported as such on the 10K.

The IRS is investigating Berge, LIE.

Berge committed fraud by selling an investment, LIE

and yet its the CEO that is referred to as a Scumbag liar.

ROTFLMFAO.

All of this is of course my opinion and my method of gambling on OTC stocks so don't take any of it as advice for how to throw away your own money.
