This was the first press release for Rick Wilson as the CEO and the new direction of the company to become a holding company in the mining sector. Based on filings it looks like he officially too control from Larry Robertson sometime in 4th quarter of 2016.

Company announces hiring of BF BOrgers as accounting firm. (surprised the audit didn't happen at this time. I can only guess wanting 1 full year of revenues for the audit)

Additional press releases include big contract for KRSNA which provides stability in revenues over the next 2 years and constant reminder the company plans to become full reporting. My guess and hope is that this will happen with the 2017 annual report. Nothing is guaranteed but this is the best opportunity they've had to become full reporting since 2014 when Larry and Rick took over. Makes more sense to become full reporting with millions in revenues versus 0..
