Well, obviously the DOW blew through 23,000

Money flowing into US stocks from over seas. The stronger the dollar, the more capital will flow into the US stock market.

Watch the euro and yen fall and the US $ stregthen against the Canadian $.

EUR/USD 0.88 - 0.80
GBP/USD 1.00 - 0.94
