I don't think you have a clue.

They can't pay off the debt.

They are going thru bankruptcy because they can't even pay interest on the debt they have now.

So the debt holders will be taking over the company and the existing shareholders will get nothing ( or less )

So the debt holders will get equity they do not want at pennies on the dollar and will be the new equity holders.

When they unload the stock that they don't want to own, that will be the time to buy. Maybe But not before.
