Just looking at their fiscal performance YTD would cause people to doubt their business model. Couple that with the fact that if they do not get new investors the company will fail. New investors will of course dilute everyone, so without new money they fail. With new money the current shareholders get diluted. The business they are in EATS cash and takes a LONG time to begin returning any revenues for the cash that is outlayed. As I have said before this is very tough way to make money, and even tougher when you get behind a huge debt service. Current shareholders are in a tough spot
