OK, the MCB still need to be produced, but the MCB are only the first step. they also need to produce the WCB as well.This is what feeds the encapsulation process. They stated that they were going to send the MCB to be encapsulated? Why? What about WCB? This is not what should be done according to their own stated goals.

This does not seem right to me.
