PPS fluctuates differently than my other positions. Dont know if market makers, company, or shareholders... but it's kinda wierd.

Look at volume. Not a lot right now. And always seems to be a big price spread with ask higher than PPS. Means people aren't willing to let it go cheap.

When bigger money starts snooping around, and volume rises, the PPS should rise significantly. Im happily and patiently waiting on this one. I feel like shares here will have no problem reaching my target 5x. Keep in mind I bought majority of my position cheap at .0245.
