But all the talk of HER2 being on sale/licensing deal, the 4 franchises identified to be sold are all supposed to bring in HUGE $$$. Since September 2017 the news is out that they are for sale. Tony has enough time to sell and get all the money needed - 9 months is enough time.

So why the need for debt - unless that is going to be the new style of operation ( all these years they raised money in hundreds of millions via equity)
