Consolidation was not needed yet....The OS count did not even hit 1 billion yet

They still had millions of shares to cash in for pennies on the dollar in toxic financing and dilution..

Genius, why would they do it before they exhausted all their common shares and raised the OS count as high as they could and diluted it down to the last penny.

It would make no sense...... It makes sense now at 1 billion shares outstanding.... low volume and interest in the stock, and the possibility to sell part of the company like canopy growth just did for 275 million dollars.

Like derek said a few weeks ago...if a buyer wants then to clean up the numbers before hand.....he will
