Usually I would agree with you. I am saying right now the last few years they have had no bearing what so ever. I mean even when Korea was the hot topic gold was not doing that much. It was up but no real flight to safety taking place. Right now its tied to the dollar more than anything else. When the dollar falls gold takes off. When the dollar moves up gold falls.
