From my understanding. SMP holds what ever patents for the bots. RAD worked with Romeo power to enhance the battery capacity and has an exclusive deal with them. RAD has an AI solution that another company could duplicate but if they were going to do that it would be better to drive RAD into the ground and start with their base software.

SMP does not want the hassle of selling Bots so they work in a distributor network and RAD has worked their way up to a master distributor level.

Yes someone could wipe out RAD as a business. Rad would have a few law suites to file but that would be it. Will it happen ... highly unlikely.

In writing highly unlikely I have to say it is for the same reason we buy the stocks. Something about SR that we like and feel will be good in the end. If this were a scam good front man but I do not think it is a scam.
