yes, and if you notice, the dumping is directly tied to the texts. they have sent out 3 texts in past couple of hours that correlate with the dumping volume. that is not legal. i have started to make spread sheets with this promotors stock picks and print out the time and sales reports showing the correlation between their texts and dumping in various stocks.
