The only thing that might would be a floor price, I searched the 8K and searched on the word 'floor', no hits

Market cap does matter because when you try to pull in a short period, 2 to 3 times as much money as market cap, it can be too much like violating the laws of arithmetic so convertible could just slow to a slow crawl, then maybe BOOM
