CEO Ben Ward, left a failing Cannabis company Canadian Cannabis (CCAN) IPO'd at $3, currently at $.11 after years of nothing but pumps.

Previous to that Ben Ward was CEO of 2 failed mining companies, also pump and dumps

Sarissa Resources (SRSR)
Joshua Gold Resources (JSHG) now delisted.


His' Executive assistant is Sabine Frisch/Keevil

wife/gf to Scott Keevil whom he was in business with in all of the above, and who is now named in a lawsuit for fraudulent activities.
